  • Custom orders and personalized products may require additional processing time. We will keep you informed if there are any delays.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 5-7 business days
    • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control.

3. Domestic Shipping Policy

  • We ship exclusively within Australia. If you’re outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us at eternalprintsperth@gmail.com for assistance.
  • All orders are shipped using reputable carriers like Australia Post and Fastway, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping and Handling

Shipping Responsibility:
Once your order is dispatched, the responsibility for the safe delivery transfers to the shipping company. We cannot be held liable for delivery delays, lost parcels, or issues occurring after your order has left our premises. For any concerns about delayed or lost packages, please reach out directly to the shipping company using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. While we do not cover costs for damages incurred during shipping, we recommend you seek compensation directly from the shipping company. We are happy to assist you with any documentation needed to support your claim.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

6. Shipping Address

  • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

7. Local Pickup

  • We offer local pickup at our location in Osborne Park, WA. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and you will receive an email when your order is ready.
  • Pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting your order.
