Understanding Our Terms
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below. We are here to support you in creating lasting memories, and we appreciate your trust in allowing us to be part of your special remembrance.
1. Changes and Incorrect Orders:
- Before Production: If you need to adjust your order due to over-ordering or changing your mind, contact us at eternalprintsperth@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not yet begun, we will try to accommodate your changes.
- After Production Begins: Once production starts, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before it goes into production.
- Incorrect Deliveries: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the items or issue a full refund. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Payments and Cancellations:
- Deposits and Payments: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This applies to cancellations due to any reason, including unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 disruptions.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order by notifying us at eternalprintsperth@gmail.com. If you do not receive a confirmation within two working days, please contact us again as your order may still be active.
3. Shipping and Handling:
- Shipping Responsibility: Once dispatched, the responsibility for the safe delivery of your order transfers to the shipping company. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or losses.
- Damaged Goods: If your order is damaged upon arrival, please report this with photos within 7 days. You should seek compensation from the shipping company as we do not cover costs for damages incurred during shipping.
4. Order Adjustments and Reprints:
- Repricing for Low Quantities: Orders that do not meet the minimum quantity are subject to repricing.
- Reprints: Requests for additional items after the final payment are considered reprints and will be priced accordingly. A rush service for reprints will incurs an additional charge.
