Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
Friday: 10.00am - 3.00pm

To ensure dedicated attention to each tribute, a design proof for orders received Monday to Thursday will be sent for your review within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday will become our first priority on Monday morning.

    Explore our collection of memorial stationery designs and select the products, finishes, and quantities that feel right to you. You can also attach any cherished images and heartfelt text you wish to include.

  • 02. Place your order

    Once you've chosen your memorial stationery, proceed to finalise your order and head to the cart. There, you can select your preferred delivery timeframe and address. If it’s easier for you, you can arrange payment through your funeral company by contacting us, or handle it directly during checkout.

  • 03. Await Your Design Preview

    Shortly after placing your order, our team will craft a proof of your chosen items within 24-48 hours (Monday to Thursday). This personalised preview allows you to carefully review every detail and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your stationery is just as you envision.

  • 04. Review your artwork

    Take a moment to review it and ensure it feels just right for you. If there's anything you'd like to adjust, your designer is here to assist you. Keep an eye out for any mistakes in grammar or spelling as well.

  • 05. Final Approval and Printing

    After receiving your final approval, we'll move swiftly into the printing phase. Our standard process takes 3 working days, but please know we can accommodate a 24-hour rush order if your timeline is tight. We're committed to making this process as seamless as possible for you.

  • 06. Heading Your Way

    Your order is promptly shipped to your preferred destination within the timeframe you selected. We prioritise swift and reliable delivery to ensure your stationery reaches you as quickly as possible.
